Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups water
1 1/2 tablespoons canola oil
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 3/4 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup rolled oats
2 tablespoons amaranth grain
1/2 cup amaranth flour
3 tablespoons vital wheat gluten
1/4 cup almonds(chopped)
2 tablespoons powdered milk
2 3/4 teaspoons yeast

Place ingredients in machine in order listed. Use 1.5 lb., basic bread, light setting.
