1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 tablespoons butter
3 cups bread flour
7/8 cup rye flour
2 tablespoons caraway seed
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons powdered milk
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Place all ingredients in the order given into the bread machine. Use 2 lb., medium basic cycle.
