Ingredients:
1 cup water
1/4 cup canola oil
1 whole egg
2 2/3 tablespoons sugar
1 1/3 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 cups yellow cornmeal
2 2/3 cups bread flour
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast

Place all ingredients in the order given into the bread machine. Use 2.0 lb., medium basic setting.
