1/2 | cup | flat beer | (at room temperature) |
2 | tablespoons | canola oil | |
3 1/2 | cups | bread flour | |
1 1/2 | teaspoons | salt | |
1 | tablespoon | sugar | |
1 1/2 | teaspoons | yeast |
Allow starter to come to room temperature before beginning (about two hours). Place all ingredients in the order given in bread machine. Use Manual (Dough) setting. When cycle is finished, restart the cycle and allow the machine to knead for a few minutes. Remove from pan, then place in large loaf pan. Let rise in oven for about 1 1/2 hours, then turn on heat to 350 degrees. Bake for 54 minutes.
