Sourdough Bread

Ingredients:
2/3 cup warm water((100 deg))
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup sourdough starter
2 3/8 cups bread flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons yeast

Place all ingredients in bread machine in the order given. Use Manual (Dough) setting. When cycle is done, remove from pan, knead for a few minutes, and place in a loaf pan. Let rise until roughly doubled, about an hour. Bake for 45 minutes @ 350 degrees.
